Self Employed PA – to Support Lady with Dementia in Minsterley Area (SY5)

Every Week -
Thursday Morning 8.30am-10.30am & Evening 5.30pm - 8pm

Alternate Weekends -
Friday Evening 6.30pm - 8pm
Saturday Morning 8.30am - 2pm & Evening 6.30pm - 8pm
Sunday Morning 9am-10.30am & Evening 6.30pm - 8pm

To support an 82-year-old lady, at home near Minsterley who is living with dementia.
She lives at home with her husband and son who has learning difficulties, who are an important aspect of her life.

Morning cover to support personal care, breakfast administer medications.
companionship / social support, which requires a skilled approach to ensure her cognitive needs are supported.
Evening cover to support personal care, putting to bed ; administer medications.
Thursday support also requires client to be taken to daycare in Pontesbury & collecting in evening.
Requirements
• Female Carer only
• Experience in Dementia Care essential
• PA must have carers Insurance
• Registered Self Employed
• DBS check
• Be able to commit to work alternative weekends
• Provide 2 references

Total Hours every other weekend – 11.5 hours on alternate week plus 4.5 hours weekly also opportunity to cover holiday & sick leave during the week of other PA staff .
Hourly rate – From £16.98 per hour
