Friendly and outgoing 36 year old female with high combined ADHD. Seeking part time self employed PA in SY1

I am a friendly outgoing 36 year old female with high combined ADHD, living in Shrewsbury.
I am looking for a part time self employed PA who is reliable, patient and a good communicator with a good sense of humour and energetic.
I am a mum of 2 young children.
I am creative and enjoy art, crafts, going for walks and being in nature and music and going for coffee
I am looking for support at home with meal planning, food shopping, general daily living activities, correspondence, making telephone calls, budgeting and organising family life.
I need support with ordering, organising and taking medication.
Support in the community -
I require support in using public transport on my own and with my children to gain confidence in the wider world and community.
I would like support going to various activities/groups for myself alone or with kids.
I would like support going for walks regularly to support my well being.
Requirements -
Car owner
Current DBS
Experience needed with working with someone with combined ADHD, complex trauma, children and families.
Days or hours of work -
Roughly 16 hours a week
4 hour blocks - subject to change.
Mon, Tues, Weds and one weekend day/evening is a must. Varied times of day.
I would like to create and establish a flexible routine that works for me and my children.
