Young Person seeks fun person to support getting out and about from SY4
We're looking for a PA to provide up to 8 hours support to a young person (27) with Down’s syndrome. She loves trips out - swimming/cinema/bowling/shopping and eating!
Hours can be flexible and can be from 3pm onwards and at weekends.
The principle duties will be to accompany the young person for Swimming (David Lloyd membership in Shrewsbury) cinema trips, shopping, bowls etc. Basically to have fun together away from our family to increase her confidence and independence.
Limited personal care - eg. support to get changed for swimming
Diving licence and access to a car is essential.
Full induction and training will be provided.

Hours per week – up to 8 hours per week and can be flexible
Hourly rate – Either employed (£12.71 per hour for those aged over 21). Self employed (£16.98 per hour)
