PA required to support bubbly outgoing woman in SY10 (15 hours a week)

I'm looking for a PA that has family values, a good sense of humour and has excellent communication skills.
MUST have a clean driving licence (no points) as i have a car that is suitable for my needs and a DBS check.
I am looking for support with domestic tasks, computer inputting, reading, writing, filling, meal / fluid preparation cooking and support with my appearance.
I am looking for support with my social activities, accessing the community and attending appointments.

Hours per week – 3 hours per day (mornings), except weekends.

Hourly rate – Shropshire Council Standard rates

Area – Oswestry

Driving licence required – Yes
