PA required for welfare check and company 1 hour per week in TF9

I am a 47 year old male. I suffer with mental health conditions: bpd, anxiety, chronic health anxiety, PTSD and Autism and ADHD. I am looking for someone to provide company and a welfare check for me one hour a week. I have a dog and enjoy going to the gym, so someone who shares similar interests or enjoys these activities would be a good fit.
