PA required for 17 year old son – SY10 area

Personal Assistant required for a friendly and active 17-year-old young man who attend College 3 days per week, studying Living Independently Course.
My son is a happy young man with a great sense of humour and enjoys football, swimming, keeping fit, going to the cinema, cycling, cooking, and board games.
This role involves supporting him to access the community safely and enjoy the activities he loves which may include going for walks and day trips, playing games, shopping for ingredients, and cooking together, and attending occasional Shrewsbury Town home matches, with tickets and parking provided.
My son would benefit from someone who is patient, encouraging and able to help build his confidence when interacting with others, he does not require any personal care.
We are looking for someone who is fun, enthusiastic and has a good sense of humour, an interest in football would be ideal, the right person will be confident supporting a young person in the community and encouraging social interaction in a positive and relaxed way.
Rate of pay: £14.89 gross per hour – employed rate
Support is mainly required on Wednesdays and Thursdays, when my son is at home from college, hours can be flexible to suit, with occasional Saturday work welcomed to support attendance at Shrewsbury Town home matches.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.
