PA for 13 year old son – SY2 area

Looking for a PA for my 13 year old son, he is physically disabled and is in a wheelchair full-time, his condition is Fredericks Ataxia is due to have surgery in September so will need support with personal care, an advantage of using a hoist is needed however training will be provided, can currently transfer and part dress but condition will worsen and will need support with everything overtime.
He does not like going out much and does need encouragement, will need to attend physio appointments and need support with his mobility and activities like cycling.
Loves playing on his PS5/Nintendo Switch, going to the cinema, and eating out at restaurants.
Will need support cleaning his room, washing/ironing his clothes and to keep his bedroom tidy.
My son is quirky, patience, understanding and a thick skin is needed and my son has no filters at times.
Must be able to drive and 18+ years old
Have a DBS, new one can be applied for if needed, 2 references and own liability insurance as self-employed role.
On average 4 hours a week, these are flexible mainly weekends/ school holidays but the odd weekday evening.
Advantage if can do emergency care if my son needs getting from school.
Taking to some appointments but notice is always given.
Having a passport an advantage as may be required to join him on holiday.
