Help needed in Much Wenlock area for an elderly lady.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support my 95-year-old mother-in-law, who has dementia and some hearing loss.
Initially, we require support twice a week, with the expectation that this will increase to five days a week in the near future. If you are only available for two days, that is absolutely fine, as we are happy to arrange a job share.
About the role:
We are looking for someone who is warm, chatty, and engaging, and who can provide companionship through friendly conversation.

The role will involve:

Supporting her to get up in the morning and encouraging personal care.
Helping to keep her bedroom tidy and assisting with laundry.
Accompanying her to hospital and GP appointments.

We would also appreciate some flexibility to provide additional support once or twice a year when we are on holiday, which may include an evening visit to heat up a meal.
She has supportive neighbours who check in on her regularly.
The role would typically be for around one - two hours each morning.
Fuel costs will be covered separately for any travel to appointments.
