PA required for 67 year old woman in SY9

PA/ PAs required for 67 year old woman initially over a 4 week period with potential for longer term support (15/12 to 13/1). Ideally 21 hours per week split over 3 visits a day of approx. 1 hr per visit but flexible about 2 hour blocks if required. Morning visit to help me get up, wash etc and provide breakfast. Lunchtime visit to assist with toileting, provide lunch etc. Early evening visit to provide my tea and help me into bed etc. I live in Bishops Castle town in an adapted bungalow. I have limited mobility but can stand on a frame, transfer etc.
For the right person, there may be a possibility of future periods of cover when current PA is away.
