Support needed for young mum in WV16

I am a young women with a physical disability which affects my mobility in my arms and legs. I am looking for a PA to support me to manage my personal care, and to provide support, as and when required, to help me care for my baby who is 3 months old. It is essential you have access to your own car and willing to take us out as we enjoy accessing the community and would like to attend mother and baby groups. I will need support with lifting my baby into her pushchair/moses basket, and repositioning after a feed.
The hours required need to be flexible around my mother's work pattern. We are able to provide the hours she is working in advance. It will include working some Saturdays, and will be 32 hours a week.
I will need to see a DBS and insurance to support both an adult and a child.
