Self-employed PA needed for lovely young lady near Oswestry

We are looking for a friendly person to support a lovely 27 year old lady who is recovering from a long illness. She also has Autism and has had psychosis though this is now well under control. In addition, she has a medical condition called Addison's Disease and she needs to take medication 3 times a day and may need an injection of hydrocortisone if she has an Adrenal Crisis. The PA would be required to understand this condition, help the lady see when she needs extra medication, ensure that she takes it on time and be able to administer the injection should it be required.

This lady likes to go shopping, go out for coffee, go to the gym, visit National Trust properties etc. The PA's role will include taking her out and helping her to regain her confidence and get back into life after being ill for so long (2 years!). She is a very good horse rider but needs to lose weight before returning to her riding. This lady has in the past produced her own podcast/website/videos etc.

The PA will need to have a car as we live in a rural area where there are no buses! Travel expenses are paid at 45p per mile.
