Self-employed PA needed for lady with Downs and Autism in SY5

Support required for 36 year old lady with Down's and autism. Care in the home when parents out sometimes during day and evening and occasional holidays overnight. Driver required to use Motability car if going out, and own car for getting to and from our home.
Hobbies swimming, shopping, music, going to park, craft. Likes to spend quite a lot of time just being at home. Some personal care. Need references, DBS and would need to have a clear written agreement of expectations from the start.
Self-employed PA preferred

Hours per week – Two afternoons per week regularly but longer hours if providing care when parents on holiday

Hourly rate – £16.65 per hour day, £16 per hour night for self-employed PA

Driving licence required – Yes
