Self employed PA for shy ex theatre nurse, Oswestry Rural

I am looking for a self employed PA befriend my 79 year old mother for social interaction, shopping, days out, and to stay over occasionally to offer respite care to myself and my husband. My mother is an ex nurse and likes to talk about her career working in operating theatres. She is insulin diabetic and has early stage dementia. She is slow with her walking and forgetful, but is fully in control of her insulin and she loves a good natter, although she is quite shy till she gets to know someone. She is not demanding and will go with the flow. She loves to read her ipad and will quickly become engrossed allowing the PA to get on with any hobbies or light housework?
She has 2 little dogs that need feeding and letting out if its a stop over night and mum does not use the cooker, so preparing meals would also be required. All food would be supplied for mum and the PA.
PA will have their own ensuite bedroom and TV.
References and DBS would be required.
Driving not necessary but would be an added bonus with own car.

Hours per week – 2 - 4 hours a week initially, with scope for occasional overnight stays. Days are flexible.

Hourly rate – £16 per hour/Negotiable
