Self-employed nature loving PA 20 hours per week SY3 area

I am looking to recruit a self-employed Personal assistant for 20 hours a week (no weekends) to cover existing PA who is on leave until September, from September hours will reduce.
You will be able to support me with day-to-day living, personal care, attending medical appointments and support with my emotional well-being.
You will hold a full driving licence and I will insure you to drive my automatic car which also has a hoist for my wheelchair.
I have multiple health conditions including a spinal and neurological condition as well as complex post-traumatic stress disorder and severe anxiety. Day-to-day I use a four wheeled walker or my powered wheelchair.
Nature is my healer and I would love your help to start to access and enjoy this once again. Occasional day trips out to the seaside or a short break away are goals I’d like to achieve. I also love a rummage around a charity shop.
Due to food allergies and intolerances all my food has to be cooked from scratch, so, If you’re a foodie and a cook your help would be greatly appreciated with batch cooking.
