Respite carer needed for a lady with Downs Syndrome in SY5

PA /carer required principally for respite care around 3-4 weeks a year and other occasional days while parents go on holiday, to support 36 year old lady with Down's syndrome and autism. Mainly to be at home with her day and night, but would get a break when regular PA's take her out some days (and occasional nights if necessary). Motability car available if needed. Would not need much entertaining while at home, likes her own space, but meal preparation required. Some personal care is required at times. DBS and references required. Non-smoker. Would suit a lady without too many other commitments.
