Personal care support required in WV15 for lady with Alzheimers

My wife has late stage Alzheimer’s and she is being cared for in our home. We already have a carer who comes in each weekday morning at 0930hrs and stays until 1530hrs: then returns around 1800hrs to put my wife to bed. Recent deterioration in my wife’s condition means that she is receiving palliative care and is unable to support herself. She requires a hoist to move her around from bed to chair/ commode, etc. Training and experience in these areas would be advantageous. I used to do this at weekends and during afternoons when the carer wasn’t there. I now need additional support from an experienced carer to support the team effort. At the moment but subject to discussion the main support will be at weekends although weekdays need some cover too, from time to time.
We live at Alveley, therefore carers need their own transport.
PAs must have current DBS. References will also be required.
