PA to support a woman living with MS in SY2

I'm a 50 year old lady with multiple sclerosis
I live in Shrewsbury. I'm looking for a PA who can cook, clean and take me to appointments and out in the community. At the moment I'm doing ok - my balance is main problem so standing for long periods of time is a no no. I need help with stuff I can't do on on my own, which may change over time. I like to try but some things are harder than others - some support with personal care may be required.
I like to get out still so a driving licence and car user would be great as I do not drive myself. I enjoy food so cooking is essential.
There is a child in my household so an enhanced level DBS is a requirement.
Immediate start required.
