PA/Team of PAs for young adult in SY11

I am looking for a caring and empathetic person to be a Personal Assistant (PA) or part of a small team of PA’s.
I’m a 20-year-old woman with a neurological disorder who is a wheelchair user, looking to employ a PA or team of PAs to enable me to live as independently as possible.
Experience of care is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. For me, it’s more important to recruit someone who’s the right type of person.
I have four key values that I look for in PAs:

■ a willingness to learn.

Daily tasks will include helping me with bathing/showering, meal preparation, shopping, assisting with household tasks, provide support during non-epileptic seizures, assisting me to access creative/art activities and supporting me to access the community.

DBS check and references will be required.

Hourly rate – Employed PA - £12.21/hr, Self-employed PA - £16.65/hr
