PA Required for August cover in Bishops Castle SY9

I am looking for a self employed PA to cover annual leave for my usual PA from Saturday 1st August to Sunday 6th September inclusive. I am a 68 year old woman with significant mobility restrictions. I am looking for someone to assist me with:-
- Getting up, washed and dressed in the morning
- Assistance with preparing for bed at night
- Preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Prompting taking medications
- Assistance with toileting and continence care
- Laundry and cleaning of kitchen and bathroom
I am looking for someone who is very reliable and physically able to push me in a wheelchair/shower chair when required.

Hours per week – 3 visits of 1 hour per day = 21 hours per week

Hourly rate – £16.65 per hour on weekdays and £18 per hour at weekends
