PA/ carer needed in SY12 to help a young, male wheelchair user to live independently

I am looking for a PA/carer to join my team to help me independently live in my own home. I am a full time wheelchair user with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive muscle wasting disease.
No experience needed, as training will be given.
You must be confident in...
Giving personal care, showering, bed changing, washing, cooking, cleaning.
Accompany me on outings such as cinema trips and visits to restaurants. (Please note that your own food costs will be your responsibility). Cinema and other admission tickets will be provided free of charge.
Some unsociable hours may be required if I choose to have a night out. Weekend hours could be longer if I decide to go somewhere, but notice will always be given.
My interests are animal care and I volunteer at a zoo i also like to attend anime and Comicon conventions.
A valid driving licence is essential. You must be reliable and flexible.
4 weekly pay.

Hourly rate – 12.21p/hr - Shropshire Council employed PA rates
