PA needed to support my husband with Alzheimer’s.

I am really keen to find someone to support the care of my husband who has Alzheimer's.
Currently he is mobile but needs assistance to support walking .
He is very quiet ( despite ) naturally he used to have to a big personality. He really enjoys watching sport - football and horse racing .
He is managing to eat his meals independently but sadly would no longer be able to prepare- but enjoys his food.
He needs assistance with personal care.
Predominately we would like to find someone that is willing to build a rapport. He is placid and spends a lot of his time asleep. He is very agreeable to what ever is suggested but sadly is at the stage where although likes listening cannot spark a conversation.
As that relationship builds it might be that they escort him to his dementia group care day and pick him up. It might be simply to spend the time getting him ready in the morning . Its having a flexible approach.
We would ideally like someone who has had dementia care experience.
