Monday, Friday and one other day – 2 hours each day Support needed SY2

Person to be supported is an Autistic ADHD and Dyslexic adult, Xenogender, experiences high levels of anxiety.

Previous training and experience in these areas is preferred but not essential as full guidance can be given. Clear concise communicator who is kind and patient attitude is more important.

Support focus is to be in building daily routines towards volunteering, social, self-care, community, domestic and administrative knowledge, skills and confidence.

Ideally will have own car with clean driving licence but not essential if comfortable with public transport.

Person to be supported loves: composing, improvising, playing and listening to wide-ranging music genres particularly fusion; ecology and getting out into nature; philosophy; world religions; indigenous and different cultures; history; maths.

Core routine hours of 3 days a week x 2 hours as a general principle desired.

Not essential, preferred, some flexibility to allow for occasional attendance at appointments, introductions to new volunteering/social opportunities, cover for 2nd Personal Assistant if on annual or sick leave etc. Advance notice requests to change hours to accommodate PA's own needs will be considered.

Funded opportunities for training are likely to be available when mutually agreed.
Relevant skills and experience preferred and not essential. Kind, patient attitude and approach more important. Training may be provided.
