Female PA needed for young lady in SY13 area.

PA needed for 23 year old female (daughter) with mobility issues ( uses a walker outside and crutches indoors ) autism and adhd. We have been awarded 6 hours per week for a PA . These hours would be used for various things. This is the first time we have had a PA but know that the 6 hours would include helping my daughter have a shower twice a week. This will entail being on the premises while daughter has a shower and help with dressing bottom half if needed. Also to accompany to appointments accompany if daughter wants to go out. Would prefer that applicant can drive. Successful applicant would have use of Motability car. Whitchurch urban SY13.
