About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, caring, and dependable Personal Assistant to support a lovely Christian woman who is bed-bound, with two tween/teen kids at home.
If you’re over 25 ( restriction due to insurance on Motability vehicle) , a confident driver, a good cook with knowledge of food allergies, and can work independently, we’d love to hear from you! Experience is a plus, but the right attitude is key.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping with personal care like bathing, dressing, and basic hygiene.
• Assisting with medications when needed.
• Preparing healthy, allergy-friendly meals for the family (you don’t have to be a chef, just confident in the kitchen!).
• Doing light household tasks like laundry, cleaning, and tidying up.
• Helping keep the household running smoothly—grocery shopping, running errands, and managing day-to-day activities and appointments.
• Being there for the kids, offering some supervision and support when needed.
• Driving the family to appointments, and activities.
• Creating a warm and supportive environment, respecting and reflecting the family’s Christian values.
• Offering a hand with feeding if necessary.

**Qualifications:**
- Must be over 25 years old.
- Experience as a P/A, preferably with individuals who are bed bound, preferable but not essential as you will learn on the job.
- Some knowledge of Neurological & autoimmune diseases would be helpful.
- A very experienced and confident driver with a clean driving record, must be 25yrs+, and able to drive an automatic W.A.V.
- Excellent cooking skills with experience in managing food allergies, Food hygiene qualification preferable but not essential.
- Ability to work under own initiative and with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful of the family’s privacy and needs.
- Understanding and respect for Christian values and lifestyle.
- Covering holidays/sick leave of other team members when possible.

**Preferred Experience:**
- Previous experience with children, particularly tweens/teens.
- Experience in household management and running a home efficiently.
- Background in healthcare or nursing assistance is a plus.
