PA required to encourage independence & build confidence. SY5 area

Looking for a PA for a 60 year old gentleman with learning disability and epilepsy living in Worthen, Shrewsbury. Who can help and encourage him to become more independent. For example, he needs to build up confidence to use the local bus service, so that he gets out and interacts with others more. Looking for someone once a week and would need to work around bus times. (3-3.5 hours round trip).
DBS and references will be required.
Likes walking (though is very slow).
He can be very sensitive to noise
