PA required for social hours in WV15

PA required for my mother who needs help/assistance to leave her home once a week.
She enjoys being taken out as she is generally unable to get out due to her recovering from a broken hip
Some degree of personal care may be required due to her mobility needs.
There is no set day so can be flexible the hours can be provided. Can be discussed.
PA will need to be able to use their own car.
