Dance and music loving young lady in SY3 looking for support at home and to access the community

I'm ideally looking for self-employed PA(s) to support me during the week around my home and support to access the community.
Some timings will be flexible and can be shared between PAs.

Tasks will include:
• Cooking/meal preparation.
• Support with maintaining home.
• Laundry.
• Taking me shopping and physically helping with food shopping (loading, unloading vehicle and putting shopping away).
• Some personal care will be required.
• Need support with admin related tasks – such as hole punching documents, stapling, laminating.

Driving
• Ideally PA to have valid driving licence.
• Ideally PA would be happy to drive my vehicle (at present VW Transporter). PA would need to share driving licence details with me. Familiarisation lessons/time would be arranged as necessary.
• PA to have valid driving licence and insurance if using their own vehicle.

DSB check to be carried out.

Weekly schedule to be agreed with PAs, some of the times will be flexible. Plans may change due to my activities/commitments.

Wednesdays (term time):
Support required 10:00 – 10:30.

17:30 – 19:00. Meal support, some personal care. Possible support with medication.

Fridays
Ideally 17:30 – 18:30. Meal support, some personal care. Possible support with medication.

Alternate Sundays (term time):
Support required 12:00 – 13:30.
13:30 onwards Access to Work (please see other ‘advert’ titled “Self-employed PA, Shrewsbury travel support term time. Wednesdays and alternative Sundays.”)
Support required 16:30 – 18:00.

Other days and times to be discussed at interview.
